WHY I LOVE THIS WATERFALL:
  1. It's the tallest waterfall in the state of Oregon (611 ft. tall!)
  2. It's the hub of many of the Columbia Gorge's best hikes/waterfalls.
  3. According to Native American folklore - it was created for a Princess who needed a private place to bathe.
  4. The candied nut and fudge stand located outside give off the most AMAZING, mouth watering cinnamon bursting smell.
  5. You can grab a quick chai latte at the start or end of your hike whilst gazing at the amazing falls in front of you.
  6. Those damn switchbacks are killer!
IT'S DOWNFALLS:
  1. It's crowded as F%$@!
  2. Those damn switchbacks are killer!
Multnomah Falls Hike to the Upper Viewpoint:

My love for hiking began after I took a celebration graduation trip to Oahu, Hawaii in 2014 and went on three awesome hikes in the warm tropical weather.

I came back to Oregon on a mission to hike as much as possible and I've done a pretty good job so far!

I'm chronicling my hiking adventures HERE and hoping to constantly add to my collection of summits, soaks and trail blazing.
